Payments (game settings)

VK games can sell virtual goods for virtual currency units, such as votes or OKs.

In the Statistics | Payments section, you can view statistics on payments with votes and OKs and export data as a file.

To open the section:

Go to the apps list.
2.
Open the settings of the game you need.
3.
Select Statistics → Payments from the left-side menu.

Access

Payment statistics can be viewed by:

Mini app creator.
•
Administrator with full access.
•
Administrator with partial access and the Payments permission.

Settings

Income statistics

The number of virtual currency units received from users, broken down by day. The graph includes data series corresponding to the total number of units, as well as units received for goods and subscriptions separately.

Paying users

The percentage of paying users out of the total number of users who launched the game, broken down by day.

ARPU & ARPPU

The average number of received virtual currency units per player (ARPU) or per paying player (ARPPU), broken down by day.

Changing the data range

To view data for a longer or shorter period, hover over the graph and scroll the mouse wheel.

Exporting data

1.

Click Export.
2.

Specify the time period and select the data to export. Click Export CSV.

The platform will generate a file with the data and start downloading automatically.

Where else can I see credits?

Information about credits and deductions from the game account can be found in the Transactions settings section.

How to withdraw funds?

You can withdraw virtual currency units from the game account in the Withdrawal settings section.
