Audience (game settings)

This section allows you to view statistics on users and launches of the game on VK and Odnoklassniki.

To open the section:

    Go to the apps list.
  2. 2.
    Open the settings of the game you need.
  3. 3.
    Select Statistics → Audience from the left-side menu.

Access

Audience and launch statistics can be viewed by:

    Mini app creator.
  • •
    Administrator with full access.
  • •
    Administrator with partial access and the Statistics permission.

ARPU and Retention

    ARPU — shows how many votes on average one user brings.

  • •

    Retention — user retention rate. Shows the share of the audience that continues to open the game on day 1 (the next day), day 7, and day 30 after the first launch.

The values are calculated based on statistics collected over 30 or 60 days for one or more platforms and sites selected in the block. The filter values specified on the right side of the page aren't used in the calculations.

Charts

On the charts, you can:

    Change the time period. To do this, hover over the chart, hold down the Ctrl key and scroll the mouse wheel.

    Show or hide data. Select or clear the checkboxes below the chart.
  • •
    View data for a specific day. Hover over a point on the chart — a popup window will display information with data and date.

Reach and launches

The chart shows the number of unique users and their launches over the specified period.

Growth and outflow rate

Shows the number of new users who started playing and the number of users who deleted the game over the specified period.

Installation sources

Shows the number of users who launched the game for the first time from a specific source over the specified period.

Install sources

Shows the number of users who launched the game from the selected sources over the specified period.

Using filters

By default, the charts display statistics for 30 days. Use filters to customize the charts: set the period, select platforms and sites, and specify user gender and age. Filters apply to all data on the page.

Data export

    Click Export.

  2. 2.

    Specify the time period and select the data for export. Click Export CSV.

The platform will generate a file with the data and start the download automatically.
