When forming a team to create mini-applications, start from the skills of its participants. Based on our experience, we have determined that the optimal command to create a mini-application looks like this:

  2 front-end developers with basic web development skills (HTML, JavaScript and CSS).

  2 backend developers with knowledge of PHP or Node.js (GoLang — optional).

  UX/UI-designer with experience in creating web application interfaces.
