If you run into a problem, have any questions, or have suggestions, contact our Support team.

If your game has already been created

This method assumes that the game is in the apps list. The game ID is automatically added to the message. Your conversation with Support is available to all game administrators.

    Open the apps list and go to your game settings. Select Help in the left menu and click Contact Support.

    Enter your request in the title field.

If your game has not been created yet

In the Support section, select Ask about games and on the next page enter your message.

Since the game has not been created yet, your conversation with Support is sent on behalf of the person who submitted the request and will only be available to them. All submitted questions are shown on the My questions tab.
